you are going North or South on the N1,

Karoo.
The
turnoff to Gariep Dam is 44 km’s North
of Colesberg (Bloemfontein side) on the
N1 Highway. Angela's Rose Cottage is only
5 minutes drive from the turnoff.

The Guesthouse
establishment is divided into three structures:
Angela's
Rose Cottage Hammerkop has 2 bedrooms
with two new double sleeper couches in a
double size lounge, can sleep up to 8 guests.
Some features include a brand new pool,
all rooms have new modern Samsung air conditioners
and new luxury Simonz beds with all “ice
white” linen. Secure undercover parking,
long Stoep leading to a pool and a most
fantastic Lapa and braai. Let Elizabeth
serve you her Dallas style breakfast in
the morning or sip a cold nightcap or two
while you watch the 5p/m bird feeding. Breakfast
available from Elizabeth on request. Strictly
NO SMOKING in the house and rooms.
Angela's
Rose Cottage Rooibekkie is a modern
oak styled luxury self contained Granny
Flat with a stunning on-suite featuring
artistic sea view murals with actual shells.
Light up a candle while taking a relaxed
bath and let you imagination take you to
a sea side wonderland! Brand new Simonz
beds and new Samsung air conditioner. Secure
undercover parking. Private braai area and
access to the pool and Lapa. Breakfast available
from Anène on request. Strictly NO
Smoking in the Granny Flat.
Angela’s
Rose Cottage Swallow is a self
standing “Granny Flat” which
is able to sleep up to four guests. It has
an open plan lounge and Kitchenette that
includes a sleeping area with two new “Simonz”
beds with a new “Samsung” air
conditioner. Safe private undercover parking.
Private entertainment area which has a four
seater “Lapa” and braai area.
Guest Have access to communal pool and bird
feeding area. Strictly NO Smoking in the
Granny Flat.
Breakfast
(if required) should be arranged with the
local manager.
